The following series of images were taken on a whim the other day. The kids were great sports, and did an awesome job acting out their parts.
I couldn’t help but change the images to sepia tone and add the conversation bubbles. It simply HAD to be done.
Too bad its not stop motion animation… or 8mm reel to reel film complete with all the grain, dust, and scratches. I guess I could have added those too.
Please read the text in the bubbles and enjoy the story. And let me know what you think!

…I’m not really sure WHAT his plan is, but it sounded good.

…you know that’s what she’s thinking. Just look at that face.

Okay, I think this is adorable. But, for the record, I typically don’t encourage toddler kissing for the sake of photography. Given the nature of this photo shoot I asked her to reach up and kiss his cheek. She did. But he turned and puckered up. I had them try again. Again, he turned and puckered up. I think he wanted the kiss.
On a somewhat unrelated note, on the way back the cars she tried to give him a dandelion that she’d picked. He turned it down saying, “No thanks, I don’t want to get married.” Typical. All about the NCMO. No commitment here. lol! So there you have it… flowers = marriage proposal. I hope all you single people out there are paying attention.
Lastly… Precious Moments?? Okay, maybe not.

You are amazing. Where you get these ideas I have no clue. You should send this to Sundance Film Festival.
I only wish the railroad tracks had been photoshopped. Any chance those tracks are no longer being in service?
You did not actually do this Tina, but it looks like ya did! It’s super cute slash hilarious, but I can’t believe you tied your daughter to railroad tracks
